Snoozie ("we", "us", "our") is a baby wellness technology company developing a contactless sleep and movement tracker for infants. Our product uses safe, low-power wireless signals — no cameras, no wearables, no video.
Snoozie is intended for general wellness and lifestyle use only. It helps parents understand their baby's sleep patterns and daily routine. It is not intended for the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or prevention of any medical condition.

What we never collect: Snoozie does not use cameras or microphones. No images, video, or audio of your baby or home are ever captured or transmitted. Snoozie does not collect, measure or record any vital sign, and does not collect health or medical information.
Snoozie does not issue health alerts and does not notify you of any suspected medical condition.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or share it with third-party advertisers.

Snoozie does not process special category health data as defined under the UK and EU GDPR.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security reviews. Movement and sleep data processed by the device is used only to generate your in-app summaries and is not shared with third parties.
We retain waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or request deletion. App account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the product (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
We will never sell your personal data.
Snoozie is designed to be used by parents and guardians. The device records general movement and sleep patterns and generates summaries for the parent's app account. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal data directly from children. The movement and sleep data generated by the device is associated with the parent's account, not the infant, and is not health or medical information.
